TGPE Member site is a private membership platform designed for group practice owners seeking support, community, and business growth strategies. The site offers exclusive access to tools, resources, training materials, and peer collaboration all aimed at helping practice owners scale effectively.

The client required a complete design and development of a secure, user friendly membership website that would deliver a smooth experience for members while being easy to manage on the backend.

My Responsibilities

• Website Design: Designed a clean, professional, and modern interface that aligns with the brand’s visual identity and enhances the member experience.
• Responsive HTML Development: Built fully responsive frontend templates to ensure accessibility and optimal performance across all screen sizes and devices.
• Custom WordPress Development: Developed a tailored WordPress theme with support for membership functionality, gated content, and structured access to exclusive resources.
• Content Migration & Management: Organized and migrated a large volume of content, including videos, tools, modules, and PDFs, ensuring everything was categorized, easy to navigate, and member-friendly.
• Backend Management: Created a streamlined admin dashboard so the client could easily manage content, member access, and updates without relying on technical support.
• Manual Testing: Conducted extensive testing across browsers and devices to ensure performance, responsiveness, and error-free functionality.
• Documentation: Provided detailed usage documentation for content updates, member management, and website maintenance.
• Go-Live Support: Managed the launch process, ensuring a smooth transition to the new site without disruptions for existing members.

Tools & Integrations

To build a robust and feature rich platform, the following tools were used:

• Elementor: Used as the primary page builder to create visually appealing, responsive layouts with ease. It enabled rapid customization of various sections without sacrificing design quality or performance.
• MemberPress: Implemented to manage the membership functionality handling subscriptions, access control, and payment gateways. It provides flexible rules for content protection and integrates smoothly with other site components.
• LearnDash: Integrated for delivering online educational content. This learning management system (LMS) allowed the client to offer structured courses, modules, and quizzes to members in a clear, trackable way.

These tools together created a seamless and scalable foundation for both content delivery and membership management.

Results

The final product is a professional, responsive, and easy-to-manage membership site that enhances the value of The Group Practice Exchange community. The streamlined content structure, improved performance, and mobile optimized design have significantly improved user engagement and simplified content delivery for the client.
