GroupPracticeRevolution.com is the digital home of Sarah, a seasoned therapist, consultant, and former group practice owner. Her mission is to support other practice owners in building stronger teams and running more efficient, connected businesses.

When Sarah approached me, her website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and failed to reflect her professionalism or clearly present her services. The scattered content and lack of intuitive structure were limiting user engagement and lead conversions.

• Homepage Enhancements: Designed and implemented new sections, including: Service and package highlights for clarity, testimonials for credibility, and FAQs to address common client concerns.
• Backend Optimization: Configured a streamlined admin interface so Sarah can easily manage content without technical assistance.
• Responsive Design: Ensured seamless performance and layout adaptability across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• SEO Enhancements: Improved meta structure, heading hierarchy, and image optimization to increase visibility and search engine performance.
• Performance Tuning: Optimized assets and code to reduce load times and enhance user experience.

• Elementor: Used for building a fully custom, visually rich layout with intuitive drag-and-drop functionality, enabling future edits without code.
• BuddyBoss Platform: Integrated BuddyBoss for scalable community features, allowing future expansion into membership, forums, and private groups.
• LearnDash LMS: Set up LearnDash to support future course offerings with structured modules, lesson tracking, and progress monitoring.
