About The CTR Project
CTR is a platform hosted on a private network to manage various training records and results of a company. Employees with various roles including district service manager, technical trainer, technicians, instructors, sponsors and trainers can all benefit from the system. The system is designed to replace the complicated and challenging process of maintaining training records using excel sheets and documents.
The CTR web portal offers a feature-rich backend interface that allows for the creation of program elements and training courses. Along with the program elements, trainees can be allocated training programs developed from the backend. A full suite of functions is provided by the CTR online portal frontend and iPhone and Android phone apps to assign, update, track, monitor, evaluate, and finish training programs and program elements.
The system is designed to be used by a hierarchy of user types where each type is able to see and manage things based on their role. In addition to training program management, there are various reports available to monitor and assess the training programs of all trainees.
