About The ConnectCare Project

ConnectCare is a cloud and mobile solution to manage service information, service requests, and open service tickets. Using this platform clients can review completed service history documents, compliance data and access on-demand operator manuals with troubleshooting information.

It provides real-time visibility of connected equipment performance with an intuitive user interface. It also allows clients to monitor their equipment remotely to find out how many devices are offline, how many devices are online, and how many devices have an open alarm for troubleshooting.

Web portal and mobile applications are hosted on intranet and accessible through the private VPN using Microsoft authentication.
